Analysis
After being kicked out in G7 of the ECF by hand of one of the most daring buzzer beater of the 3 rd millennium, courtesy of multi-MVP Kawhi Leonard, the first prio of the Sixers was to tighten the ranks and try the assault on the stagecoach in the 2019-20 season. Unfortunately, Jimmy Butler willingness to enjoy the extra-curricular benefits that Florida offers forced the GM Elton Brand to deploy his brilliant back-up plan and reshuffle the talented roster once again.
Jimmy Bucket and JJ Redick out, Al Horford and Josh Richardson in.
Perhaps the best starting five of the 2019-20 season, eclectic, big sized and potentially scary on
defensive end.
Good picks for the bench with the efficient Neto and O’Quinn to cover the needs in point guard and center position, as well as some interesting bets (the rookie Thybulle and the almost rookie Zhaire Smith) which may pay the dividends.
It is still not clear who will take the last shot when the game will be on the razor’s edge, but the roster is so eclectic and talented to be necessarily accounted among the real contenders.
Forecast 2019-20: 52-30
